Why are some translations saying, “it shall crush…” and other versions saying, “she shall crush…”, and still others saying, “He shall crush…” ? How should this be actually translated?

"I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers:
He will strike at (crush) your head, while you strike at his heel." Genesis 3:15

Offspring is the collective noun immediately preceding the verb “strike” or "crush, maybe it should be rendered, “They will strike,” meaning all the offspring; we are all offspring in the line of her Son, Jesus. However, Jesus is her offspring, par excellance, so “He” would be appropriate, meaning Jesus. However, it could also imply He and all of us, including us in “offspring”, making us players in this battle.

Clear as mud, right? Is there an grammar teacher in the house?
