It is sicking to see that a statue of the Mother of God was removed from a Catholic chapel ! What did they replace her with ? A wall ? A “Jesus loves me banner” !

Our church was “renovated” recently in 2008. Unfortunately we had only two statues in the entire church - one of Mary and one of Joseph. They were removed during the renovation.

I have since come to realize, we had a very rebelious and liberal priest at the time. The statues are gone now. I have remained and do all I can to protect parishioners from the new age nonsense and unorthodox activity.

This priest has moved to another parish in the diocese. I pray for them often. I write to the vatican when appropriate too.
