Mary's virginity reference before 300AD

Are there any writing from the fathers that reference Mary’s perpetual virginity before the year 300AD?
 
I haven’t been able to find much regarding this except for a couple references from Ignatius of Antioc and St. Hippolytus, but neither quote I found from them say anything about her being ever-virgin, but just speak of Jesus being born of a Virgin.

Most of the fathers on this subject are after the year 300
