THE TRADITIONAL LATIN MASS
The Roman Rite according to the Extraordinary Form
Mass will be celebrated according to the
extraordinary form of the Roman Rite on
Friday, September 14 at 7:30 p.m. at the
principal altar of the church.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend a workshop
on the traditional Mass, including chant practice on
Saturday, September 8 at 9:30 a.m. in the daily Mass
chapel. Latin-English Mass booklets will be available
for purchase for five dollars.
If there is sufficient continuing interest in the regular
celebration of the ancient form of the Mass, the clergy
of the parish will make every effort to accommodate
that desire.
LAUDATE OMNES GENTES,
LAUDATE DOMINUM, ALLELUIA!

Corki, Thanks for posting this. I remember driving from Corpus Christi to Houston & if you blinked passing through Sugarland, you didn’t see it. Now with 3 Masses on weekdays, the population of that city must be a fairly large city.
BTW, is that your home? And do you know if it is now a suburb of Houston?
Thanks again!

Sugarland is growing by leaps and bounds. It just got approval for a third parish and one of the larger ones (St. Laurence) is getting a major remodel to handle the overflow.

I don’t live there, it is about 45 minutes away. It is still a lot closer than any parish I have found so far that will be offering the Extraordinary Use. I would definately call it a Houston suburb - there is no discernable break when you drive from SL to H-town.
