Has anyone else noticed that masstimes.org has not worked for many months? The site stays up, but just with some advertisements and requests for donations. The site no longer produces results on any platform.
The last time I contacted them the answer was “what feature would you like?” The only feature anyone wants or needs is to enter a location and find out the nearby churches and times. Now there is no result, going back to mid-2010.
I pray that they will take the website down so that someone else can start a website providing this service.

I was under the impression that every diocese has a website of its own that provides this information, and so does just about every hotel/motel front desk.

I would also advise you to use a diocesan web site. I always found masstimes.org to be too busy and sometimes inaccurate. Just google the city you are staying in and “catholic church” or “catholic diocese.”

and HEY I just realized you live in Spring too!!! I’ve never seen a fellow Spring-ite (Spring-an?) on here!

and HEY you go to the same parish as me!!! OK, small world. That is cool.

It’s working fine for me. Are you using a modern web browser (ergo: not Internet Explorer 6)?

I prefer to use the local diocesan websites as they will keep up the Mass times better, and offer more up to date links to the actual local churches. That is just my personal experience.

I am sure there is an application out there for mobile phones that does the same thing but I’ve not yet found it.
