Respectfully, this is too much information. The answer to virtue is not performing a labyrinth of observances. Frequently this overly complicated approach will lead to frustration when failure comes.
There is no substitute for human interaction. Masturbation is a turning inward. The more mature a person’s faith becomes, the more one is directed outward, and the less one turns inward for pleasure.
A person turned inward needs to find good friends who are travelling on the way. This includes good confessors, but also everyday friends.
Volunteer, get involved in parish ministry, join prayer groups. Other people will help keep you accountable.
