Can someone please define this for me? I think it means that the Bible contains all that we need for our faith, but only if properly interpreted.
Does that make Catholics SS-ists in practice?
I see perpetual virginity, the Assumption, the Immaculate Conception implicit in Scripture, so as long as there is proper interpretation.
If these doctrines are found in the Bible, where does Tradition come in?
Is there anything in Sacred Tradition that is not *at least *implicit in the Bible?

Yeah this was dealt with in a short article by Jimmy (then James) Akin as a side bar in their article on Jame White.

Material and Formal Sufficiency

Tradition encompasses a lot of things (interpretation of Scripture, oral teachings, liturgy, practices, etc), so in a sense it is a more “full” revelation, while Scripture is just the bare written text without commentary.

Yes-

The list of books of the Old and New Testaments. Not one book of Scripture tells us what books are Scripture.
