If there are philosophical problems concerning the of the whole, describing in detail how the parts work, will not resolve these issues.
Thus the mind-brain problem can’t be filled, it can only be bridged.

Problem?

I remember long ago when I was building the kind of computer that you had to program with ones and zeros. I understood the hardware very clearly and I understood the program very clearly, but I had a hell of a time relating the two aspects together.

Eventually one day, my mind finally jumped that hump and could then see both realities on the same page.

I have little doubt that most people in this “mind-brain” issue would experience a similar effect.

Knowing how this occurs makes me really nervous as I see psychologists and especially psychiatrists presume and play with the brains and minds of the population.

That is a very good analogy. The mind brain issue comes about when we try to see conciousness as material or the same at the brain.
