Maturbation and the rosary

Is the best thing to fight lust and masturbation the sacramental of the rosary? Perhaps how many times can one say it? I entered into sin again because I got scared. Going with not masturbation and no sexuality I know can be done. Physiologically speaking is what I am interested in, can the body go without masturbation and thrive? If masturbation doesn’t do good, does it harm? The body I mean. I know it does spiritually.

Absolutely it Can thrive without it unfortunately our culture says otherwise. We struggle and we fall but be contrite and vow to sin no more. Go to confession when you fall no matter how many times it is for the same sin.
