May a Catholic encourage non Catholic homosexuals to sin?

Is a Catholic showing encouragement to a non Catholic engaging in homosexual acts moral and in accordance with Church teaching?

If not, does doing so make a Catholic complicit in the grave sin committed by the non Catholic homosexual?
 
Hi,

It depends on what kind of encouragement the Catholic is giving. The Catholic may encourage a person regarding hobbies or study or any number of things. But the Catholic may not encourage anyone to sin. The Catholic would be sinning gravely in doing so.
