If she is a Catholic and believes that it is the only Church that Jesus founded, then she has no business worshiping anywhere else and sins seriously if she does. She is already validly Baptized. To attempt another baptism is a denial of her original Baptism and a denial of what she believes as a Catholic. This too would be a mortal sin. She needs to learn more about her Catholic Faith.
