May be having a Possible depressive episode

As many of y’all know, I am very open about my depression, and I have struggled with it for as long as I can remember. I ask that, if you can, to not only take a moment to pray for me, but to pray for people like me. God bless y’all.
 
Lord, for Adam, for peace

OUR FATHER, Who art in Heaven,
hallowed be Thy Name. Thy kingdom
come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in
Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive
those who trespass against us. And lead us
not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

with thee. Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

It’s gone on for a few days, I honestly do not like these periods. It seems so hard to get joy out of anything. But, I know God is stronger than my depression.
 
Hang in there. As you know, this episode will soon pass. I too have periods of days every few months where my mood dips. You’re in my prayers.

of charity to the thousands who ask her intercession.

Please grant, Lord, through the prayers of this pure,
youthful martyr, relief, and consolation to all suffering
such trials – especially people with depression.

We beg You, Lord, to hear the prayers of St. Dymphna
on our behalf. Grant all those for whom we pray patience
in their sufferings and resignation to Your divine will.
Please fill them with hope, and grant them the relief and
cure they so desire. We ask this through Christ our Lord,
who suffered agony in the garden. Amen.

I pray that our Heavenly Father uplifts you, guides you, and shows you signs of encouragement… Also, consider reflecting on a joyful Psalm or two.
 
Hey y’all, it wasn’t that bad today, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going through a depressive episode. It was better today, and hopefully it stays that way. Thanks y’all for your prayers.
