May I attend a moms group at a Protestant church?

I attended a moms group called MOPs (Mothers of Preschoolers) at a Protestant church. They said opening and closing prayers and made biblical references. Am I allowed to attend or is it something I should not attend again?

Listening to Protestant prayers and Bible references is not problematic. But it may be that you could be proselytized by Protestant members. If that is the case, you may want to stop attending. You may also want to call your local diocese and ask if there are any parishes in the diocese that have an active group for Catholic moms.
