No. Confession can only be given and received in person. As for your circumstances, if you were seriously ill, I would imagine that you would move heaven and earth to make possible the necessary doctor visits. Sin is an illness of the soul … and mortal sin is a terminal illness of the soul. Give going to confession the same priority you would give going to chemotherapy treatments if you had cancer.
