Dear friend,
You mention that you are married to a non-Catholic, but you don’t mention if you married in the Catholic Church. Catholics are obliged to do so. If you did marry outside the Catholic Church, then the Church doesn’t recognize your marriage as valid. So marital relations for you at this time would be mortally sinful and you would need to have your marriage convalidated (blessed). Then you could receive the sacraments. You are in my prayers.
