May I receive Lutheran Communion & will their liturgy fulfill my Mass obligation?

Does the bread and wine( sometimes grape juice) turn into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ at a Lutheran service on Sunday? And, Have I fulfilled my Catholic duty by attending a Lutheran mass on Sunday?
