I’ve been experiencing a change in my spiritual life after reading Saint Benedict and the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius de Loyola; as well as developments in my family life.

To make a long story short; I used to pray almost exclusively for my own intentions. Now, I’m praying almost exclusively for others and their intentions. As well as offering up my sufferings for others.

Maybe that’s what God is calling me to do in preparation for taking up Holy Orders as a Deacon.

That being said; I offer to anyone here:

Please bring to me your needs and intentions in PM and I’ll pray and offer up for you.

Thank you very much and God bless you all.

God bless you for praying for others. The world and the Church are desperately in need of prayers and those willing to offer suffering for various intentions. Not enough people are praying or offering suffering as Our Lady said at Fatima. I find it’s good to pray for conversions.

Personally I pray for the sick who have been brought to my attention, for the conversion of sinners/ unbelievers and for priests.

Thank you. I’ve recently begun to make it a part of my devotions to pray for the souls in purgatory, to pray for priests, pray for the reparations of the sins of my family ( They’re ELCA Lutherans ) and anyone else that comes across my way.

I think if you add a prayer for the conversion of sinners as Our Lady asked it would fit well with your devotion to her Immaculate heart.
