In case anyone is wondering who is on the other side of the aisle in the Republican Lawsuits, it is Mark Elias.

He was on CNN last night with Don.

Perkins and Coie and Planned Parenthood fought to get Emergency Contraception over the counter.
SEATTLE, Wash. (July 23, 2015) - Perkins Coie attorneys, along with Legal Voice and Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest, won a long-fought legal victory on July 23, 2015 in Stormans v. Wiesman (formerly Stormans v. Selecky ), which affirmed that Washington pharmacies must fill all lawful prescriptions without discrimination or delay.

In a precedential decision, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the constitutionality of two Washington State Board of Pharmacy rules that together require pharmacies to fill legal prescriptions. The Plaintiffs—two individual pharmacists and a pharmacy owner backed by the Alliance Defense Fund and Becket Fund—had argued that rules requiring pharmacies to fill emergency contraception and other legal prescriptions violated their religious freedom.

Perkin and Coie were active in the case against David Daleiden and baby body parts.

Perkins and Coie and Mark Elias were involved with Fusion GPS and Steele Dossier.

Yes Mark Elias is on the other side of Texas law suit in Supreme Court election fraud case.

Marl Elias doesn’t win them all. David Daleiden case is still in the process. The RICO act. How long have they been using that against pro-life people? (since the beginning).
A verdict awarded the plaintiffs more than $2.2 million on November 16, 2019, and Daleiden was instructed to pay $500,000 in compensatory damages (most of which will be tripled under federal racketeering law), as well as $870,000 in punitive damages to Planned Parenthood.[32][3]:1[57] The Thomas More Society has appealed the civil judgment on behalf of Daleiden

Why because of the RICO act which went after pro-lifers and their assets and made thousands of pro-life people put their homes in trusts was terror. The RICO act was the same RICO law, that Mayor Giuliani used against the criminal Mafia in NYC.

Remember when the pro-life people had a picket in NYC and blocked the entrance and they put all the pro-life people, hundreds in the Tubes and they were so tightly packed into the jails that they couldn’t even sit but had to stand all night.

That would probably be illegal today. These are families that got hit with potential RICO cases…

RICO and David Daleiden’s case is still pending. This is the new lawsuit, an election, for Perkins Coie. so we will see how well Mark Elias does.

Perkins Coie (Mark Elias)has a long history but they do not win them all.
