A musician will be able to give you a fuller answer, but basically: The melody is the tune, the melodic line, sung by a singer or played by a soloist. The music is the full musical score, including both the melodic line and the harmonies. The text is the words that are sung, the lyric or (in an opera) the libretto.

Melody is that sounds good. Modern music is harder to dissect, but for a piece like Vivaldi’s Winter the melody is played by the first violin and the violin soloist. The other parts played on their own wouldn’t sound good. Text is just the words used and could refer to the lyrics. Music just means music.
