While at the Blessed Sacrament, did you ever sit quietly… not praying or anything… but just listening?? This is waht helps me the most… The Bible says (somewhere) to be “still and know that i am God.” It is SO wonderful to know that i don’t have to be God… (etc…)… 🙂
When this happens to me I tend to be tempted to give up totally. To loose all hope - that way I won’t be disappointed.

Wow… weird you should say this because i was feeling this recntly… I just gave it to God… I’m not always so good at that kind of thing, but i was then… just shrugged the whole feeling off and… did what i was capable of doing. I think that socieyt is too action-oriented… If we are not DOING this or doing that all the time, we are seen as lazy… Yet Mary, in many of her apparitions and other interventions with humans… says to Pray, pray, pray… There are all kinds of ways to pray… She always seems to prefer the rosary… Do you pray the rosary??
