If I go to Mass of Saturday after 4pm will this satisfy the obligation for going to Mass for Divine Mercy Sunday, or do I need to actually go on Sunday?

The answer to your question is YES this will satisfy the conditions. You can go to Mass on Saturday evening (also known as the Saturday Vigil Mass) and receive Holy Communion and the condition is satisfied.

You can also go to confession on Sat as well and avoid the lines.
