Liturgical Calendars are the same throughout the world. The only difference is if the local Episcopal Conference would move or abrogate obligations on certain Holy Days.
I doubt if someone has taken the trouble to draw up a list to show the differences between the Mexican and US liturgical calendars. They will differ in two ways. Mexico and USA may celebrate different solemnities of precept, i.e. holy days of obligation. They will also have different proper feasts in their national calendars. Obviously, (arch)dioceses in both countries will also have particular calendars too. The 2011 liturgical calendar for the USA is found here. The website for the Mexican episcopal conference is found at this link. I don’t speak Spanish so can’t search their site for its liturgical calendar.
