Prayer for Help Against Spiritual Enemies
Glorious Saint Michael, Prince of the heavenly hosts, who stands always ready to give assistance to the people of God; who fought with the dragon, the old serpent, and cast him out of heaven, and now valiantly defends the Church of God that the gates of hell may never prevail against her, we earnestly entreat you to assist all of us who remain on earth also, in the painful and dangerous conflict which we sustain against the same formidable foe.
Link: ewtn.com/Devotionals/prayers/Spiritual_Enemies.htmBe with us, O mighty Prince! that we may courageously continue the fight and vanquish that proud spirit, whom you, by the Divine Power, gloriously overthrew, and whom our powerful King, Jesus Christ, has, in mankind’s fallen nature, completely overcome; so having triumphed over the enemy of our salvation, we may with you and the holy :angel1: angels, praise the clemency of God Who, having refused mercy to the rebellious angels after their fall, has granted repentance and forgiveness to fallen man. Amen.

It made news internationally. I’m in Spain and I heard about it. Although it didn’t make half as much noise as the murdered abortionist did.I’m currious to know if this made it to national news.? Oh, wait, looks like it did, except for CBS.
Not even a 10th IMO. Even on these forums the Tiller incident brought forth almost a dozen threads the same day.It made news internationally. I’m in Spain and I heard about it. Although it didn’t make half as much noise as the murdered abortionist did.
That’s correct. Guess people find the death of abortionist more interesting than a prolife guy. Glad it did get some coverage though. Not even a 10th IMO. Even on these forums the Tiller incident brought forth almost a dozen threads the same day.
You mean the death of an abortionist over TWO pro-life guys. That’s correct. Guess people find the death of abortionist more interesting than a prolife guy. Glad it did get some coverage though.
Opps. You mean the death of an abortionist over TWO pro-life guys.![]()
Exactly. The media welcome kilings of pro abortionists because it is grist to the mill bit they are embarrassed by killings of pro lifers since that defeats the campaign to paint one side only as fanatical.Well, I don’t mean to banalize any death at all, but the fact is that the “pro-choice” movement uses these deaths politicaly. The idea is to make the public believe that pro-life=fanaticism, and since this has been used so recurrently and effectively the media are predisposed to reporting on that, and we are predisposed to be affected by it.
