Planned Barrenhood’s rationalization of this criminal act is instructive. Despite the fact that the girl is only 17, they argue that the fact that the girl had given birth once before means that the statute doesn’t apply in this case. Apparently, if you’ve given birth before you’re 18, you’re not a minor, despite what the law says. This is more proof of PPs never-ending quest to skirt laws they think ought not apply to them. This is a criminal mindset, and shows that PP really ought to be outlawed, IMHO.
 
Only $50,000 in damages? And why not sue those involved in the abortion individually? Where is the state on this? Why no charges by the government?
