Where can I find a missal for Benediction after Eucharistic Adoration? I was just curious when to kneel, stand, sit, etc.

Strictly speaking, a missal is a book of prayers for following the Mass (*missa *= Mass). Many missals contain informarion and prayers about Benediction, but not all do. Benediction itself is very short, and everything in it could be printed on a single card. Simply google Rite of Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament and you can see it.
Even better:
Stand when the priest or deacon enters.
Kneel when the Sacrament is placed in the monstrance.
If there is a lengthy period of Adoration between when the Sacrament is exposed and when Benediction is given at the end, do as you see fit and are able.
Stand after the Sacrament is returned to the tabernacle until the priest or deacon exits.
Even better:
Stand when the priest or deacon enters.
Kneel when the Sacrament is placed in the monstrance.
If there is a lengthy period of Adoration between when the Sacrament is exposed and when Benediction is given at the end, do as you see fit and are able.
Stand after the Sacrament is returned to the tabernacle until the priest or deacon exits.

There are some rubrics for benediction toward the back of the MTF/Scepter Roman Missal but I don’t think it is one hundred percent complete.
I have been told that the complete rubrics are in the Adoremus Hymnal. adoremus.org/Hymnal1.html. I have not looked at this book and so cannot comment on how good it is but I’m told that the rubrics are there.
It should be noted that Adoremus is “The Society for the Renewal of the Sacred Liturgy” and they focus on the pre-1964 Tridentine Mass and related liturgies. I’m not sure if the rubrics for benedictions changed in parallel with the introduction of the Ordinary Form of the Mass and so am not sure if any rubrics in the Adoremus hymnal would be “old form” or “new form”, or even if there are such forms with regards to benediction.My sense is that benediction has not changed except for the language but I am open to correction.

“Culturally,” benediction at an EF parish is more likely to use traditional practices though like blessing from the High Altar, Tantum Ergo in Latin, incense, Holy God We Praise They Name (or different hymns for different seasons sometimes like Stabat Mater now, or Adeste Fideles in Christmastide). Also “Panem de caelo … omne delectamentum” in Latin.
But the rubrics for the laity are essentially the same.

Thank you for that. I have one clarifying question.
At my Church, the sacrament is placed on the altar in the morning, the Sacrament is exposed all day, and the benediction is in the evening. In this case, during the procession preceding the Benediction, does the congregation stand or remain kneeling/sitting?

I actually altar serve at benedictions quite often.
My experience is that if adoration is long enough so that the priest or deacon withdraws out of the Church, they will typically process in again to perform the benediction and all will stand when they do so. Some priests or deacon will ring the bell or some will just say, “Please rise.” A hymn with a Eucharistic, sacramental or royal theme may be announced just prior to the procession and sung during procession. That is my experience.
Derving at benediction is one of my favorite things to do. I get to put the humeral veil on the priest and even get to swing the thurible when he blesses. I saw the Pope incensing on TV when I was a kid and remember thinking how cool that was, and now I get to do it.

I assume that by “procession preceding the Benediction,” you mean when the priest or deacon re-enters the church? So long as the Sacrament is exposed, you should remain kneeling, out of respect for the Most Holy.

Yes traditionally, you should remain kneeling.
We do not ring the bells when coming out for benediction (I serve benediction before the EF Mass … why before and not after Mass … well because Sacrament is exposed all afternoon and this is an evening Mass).
Some people stand out of habit anyway (as you would before Mass) but you should actually remain kneeling … He is there on the altar, exposed in the monstrance!

While we are at it…what is the proper gesture when the priest is holding up the monstrance and actually doing the benediction. I mean I am kneeling at that time…but do we cross ourselves…look down…what? I have not found anything that deals with this.

The benedictions I do include exposition. I have never served at a benediction where exposition was done prior to my serving.
If the Blessed Sacrament is exposed then kneeling would be the correct posture when the minister enters.

Right we should distinguish. If the priest is coming out for benediction, stand. If the Host is already exposed, remain kneeling.
