Has anyone here went to Combermere, Ontario to this community?

Because I am thinking of doing the “Spiritual Formation for Men Considering the Priesthood” It’s two semesters and it’s about living the church life everyday serving at mass, doing readings and stuff like that in community. It’s from October to Easter. If anyone here has ever been there for those 2 semesters, or even just a short stay, please let me know how it was for you. Although I have never went to the community, it does seems catholic since the founder of the community has already received the Title Servant of God.

Hello,

I was raised about 15 mins. from there. I have met many of the Priests from there and they are all solid. It really is a special place. I have not stayed there though but have been there many times. I get in trouble every time I do though because I always buy books from the used bookstore, my wife wouldn’t be so mad If I wouldn’t just finish reading the ones that I have before loading up with new ones.
