Modern day gentiles

Do we have such term like this, and can you yourself consider muslims as getiles given the fact that they have different belief in concept of God?
 
In reading my Bible I understood the Gentiles to be anyone other than Jewish.

Not only do the Muslims have a different perception of God they recognize Jesus as only a profit.

I thought (scary) the Gentiles were Christians and not Jews.

Wish I knew where the spell check is.
 
I thought a gentile was anyone who wasn’t a Jew.* That would include Muslims.

Or am I missing the thrust of your question?

*Except to Mormons, who call “gentile” anyone who isn’t Mormon.
