Its pretty obvious that the founders of Protestantism. That is Luther,Calvin,Knox , Wycliff,Huss etc. .Would not recognise modern protestantism.Most of the mainline churches,Episcopalians,Lutherans,Methodist,Presbyterians have given up fighting sin and have become social service agencies. They have become very Humanistic.The Episcopalians hae become so liberal its hard to figure what they are,protestant doesn’t seem to fit them.
The fundamentalist protestant churches in the USA the Southern Baptists,Pentacostals, and various Evangeliacal protestant churches are growing as the mainline protestants are shrinking.
