Assertion: Modernism (uppercase) came into the frontal lobe of our modern minds under the cover of lower case modernism.
Pope Pius X called Modernism the “compendium of all heresies”
lowercase modernism brought rationalism, science, material betterment (all good)
uppercase Modernism snuck in with its atheism, over focus on temporal realities, immediate experiences (sensuality).
We now see the effects.
