I find dresses that i love but are probably not made under good conditions and all the dresses made in the usa are very…you get it. I only found ones that are VERY Victorian. Any help?

My daughter ordered a dress for a formal affair that was specially made for her (in China I think) it was reasonably priced and fit very nicely. She got to choose the color and style and was very happy with the result.

We found a beautiful, mostly modest Kitty Chen dress that we loved but didn’t love that the lace in the front was a bit more open and lower than we were comfortable with. Everything else about the dress was beautiful and perfect.
We simply had the alterations include a piece of fabric added to the inside front so it was entirely covered. You couldn’t tell the dress didn’t come that way in the first place.
This was the perfect solution for us, it may help you make up your decision too!
