modesty

i’ve grown up knowing that modesty is important, but i’m noticing more and more that i’m not often as careful as i should be. i’ve been assured by those around me (parents, friends, etc) that i don’t have really any problems, but i’d really like to read more about it. do any of you know of any good resources to help me gain a better understanding of modesty?

I heard Barbara McGuigan on EWTN this past week. EWTN was promoting a series of hers that I think would be appropriate to watch, or she is in their audio library archives here - ewtn.com/vondemand/audio/searchprog.asp.

Basically, her message was not to dress in such a way that a males’ eyes focused on an area of the body other than your eyes.

Wearing a brown scapular has helped me remember to dress modestly.
