Do any other Christian denominations have nuns or monks? If they do, which ones? Do they dress differently than Catholic ones?

In the US there is at least one Lutheran monastery for men. It is located in Oxford, Michigan.Ummm… I think I also found a group of religious sisters who are Lutheran… The Evangelical Sisterhood of Mary.

The Orthodox have monks and nuns as well, and yes they dress differently then RC ones…but even the different RC orders dont dress alike.Thank you for your answers. They all helped me answer some of my questions.![]()
Interesting. We have a group who wishes to snuggle up to a Catholic saint and then submit to the counsel and spiritual direction of several men of different Protestant denominations.
