Our sweet Granddaughter, Izzy, has cancer in her brain and spine. She is 16. It was inactive for awhile, but the cancer has returned and she is having her first in a series of chemotherapy rounds that will repeat for 8 months. She is having a hard time with the side effects – nausea and vomiting. She is unable to eat or drink very much at all. Please pray that she does not become dehydrated, is able to ingest fluids and food, and that her symptoms subside. Also please pray that God completely heals her.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Izzy). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Izzy’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Prayer to St. Anthony for Those With Cancer

Dear St. Anthony, you recognized Our Lord Jesus as the Divine Healer. In your goodness and kindness, please intercede for Izzy, who is suffering from cancer. If it is God’s will, may the gift of healing be granted to him. Comfort him during times of unbearable pain, and ask our Lord to grant him peace and patience in suffering. May God give him the fullness of life here on earth. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

O great St. Peregrine, you have been called “The Mighty,” “The Wonder-Worker,” because of the numerous miracles which you have obtained from God for those who have had recourse to you. For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace when the power of man could do no more.

You were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of the sick whom we entrust to you.

Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall sing to God, now and for all eternity, a song of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy.

Amen.
 
Praying that Jesus, the Heavenly Physician, will help Izzy to feel better and take care of her. In Jesus’ Name I humbly pray.

Father please heal Izzy. By the grace and touch of the Holy Spirit touch and heal her body and make it whole. May she stay hydrated and follow strong in Christ. In your name, Jesus amen!

LORD Jesus please heal your daughter of the cancer. Be with her always. Also please encourage the family members in this situation.
