More Prayers Needed - Depression

I’ve started several prayer requests on this forum asking for prayers to help me combat depression. I hate to sound like a broken record with these requests (my last prayer request thread was locked due to inactivity so I decided to create a new one) but after doing better for a while, I’m now depressed again. This time my depression feels even worse than the last time.

Not to sound overly-dramatic, but I’m seriously starting to grow concerned for my well-being. I’m beginning to lose interest in doing anything and the emotional pain I’m experiencing seems to be intensifying. It’s gotten to a point where I really don’t want to wake up in the morning or, to be honest, even be here at all.

My doctor just prescribed me an antidepressant. Hopefully it helps. In the meantime, please pray for me.

Depression does sap the potential for joy in life. I know. In the midst of depressing oppression, I find it helpful to pray for others here, aside from posting my own needs, that I see viewed and prayed over by prayer warriors.

This place and members are the Body of Christ, a supportive place. I pray you receive the support you need, as well as the knowledge of Jesus’ love — just for you. As He is beyond time, He can be with us in our needful time, as much as needed. In His worst human state, hanging on the cross, He forgave, in love, even those who placed Him there! How much more will He hold us who rely on Him?

I pray for your well being and The return of joy. Amen.
 
Father You know the root cause of this depression. You know what we need before we ask. Lord please lead your child to help (counselor or otherwise) who can help in a meaningful and lasting way.
Heal the wounds of your child’s heart, heal memory understanding and will. May you be wrapped in the love of Jesus. Mother Mary please pray for this intention.

Lord, our God, You graciously chose St. Dymphna
as patroness of those afflicted with mental, emotional,
and nervous disorders. She is thus an inspiration and
a symbol of charity to the thousands who ask her
intercession.

We beg You, Lord, to hear St. Dymphna’s prayers
on their behalf. Grant them relief and consolation
to all suffering such trials – especially @PrayForMe.
Please fill them with hope and grant them the cure
they so desire.
