Mormons - Does "infallibility" exist in LDS hierarchy?

From the various threads concerning LDS beliefs, it seems to me that “infallibility”, though unspoken, is actually accepted when speaking of new revelation from the Mormon “Apostles” or the President. It is my understanding that you consider these things “scripture” which, hopefully, would presume that they are free from error.
