What are the most annoying commercials that you see or hear over and over?

For me, the tops has to be the radio commercial for “The D Las Vegas” that I hear on Detroit Tigers games (since I’m out of market, I listen through the MLB At Bat app or SiriusXM). Every time I hear "Hey baseball fans, Mike Valenti here, on your next trip to Vegas … " I go “ugh, not again”.

The 1 877 kars for kids jingle. I hear it multiple times daily. I’m sure it’s serving a good purpose, and the jingle is designed to stick with you, but my fingers can’t fly to the dial fast enough when I hear the opening bars.

“Ask your doctor if Barfseego is right for you.”
Where do they come up with all those drug names?

I don’t like those begging for money charity commercials, be it for kids or animals, showing them looking all pathetic.

The Buick commercial with the opera singer. Like nails on the chalkboard!!!

There was a James Coney Island Radio Jingle that was so bad it physically hurt. Also the camel who shouts HUMP DAY! But only because the 5th graders made Wednesdays unbearable.

If that’s the one with the Queen of the Night aria, then that’s Volvo, not Buick.

Hmmm. You are right. That is how much I hate it. Turn the channel before I even know which car they are hocking. Lol.

The commercial with the Statue of Liberty for
a car insurance company is one. Any of the commercials on reverse mortgages or buying
silver or gold. There is another one, but I cannot remember it right now. I had even thought of posting a thread on it. If I remember it, I will post it.
Antenna TV has a lot of awful commercials.

I’ll offer a “least annoying” ad: the Interstate Battery ad describing God’s love. Thought I’d just offer a refreshing one.

On the pharma ads: yes, they’re annoying. You can get some relief by reading the name backwards. Presto, you have a NEW drug! And, it’s an equally valid name. Sometimes better.

All of them. They destroy actual content on both TV and internet. Soon all media will collapse from over-advertising.

There is a commercial for an implant for birth control - “easier than taking care of a toddler.” Just offensive

I don’t think prescription drugs should be advertised at all.

Just because the commercial features people walking on the beach, or buying baguettes, or taking a drive in the mountains etc, doesn’t mean that the medicine will be effective for the viewer.

I’m seems most prescription drug commercials are similar too. Sometime I’ll turn off the volume and guess what illness it’s supposed to cure.

The insurance commercial with the mayhem guy and the other guy saying, “What?” “WHAT?” back and forth, over and over - that one is pretty annoying 😠.

To say nothing that the front door camera, supposedly showing Mr. Mayhem changes viewing angles 7 times during that commercial.

Now that’s some earthquake they must be having!

I don’t listen to commercial radio nor watch commercial TV 🙂 Blissfully unaware of commercials

There’s a Geico commercial right now where a guy is just sounding a buzzer as a coworker keeps trying to tell him to stop. Most of Geico’s hockey-time commercials are just bafflingly awful, but that one goes into being annoying.
