The two prior threads from Sept/Oct by @Tis_Bearself and @Anesti33 are closed, otherwise I’d bump one of them. ‘Pray: The Story of Father Patrick Peyton’ continues to open in more states here in November, so I finally had a chance to see it. I loved it! I’ll basically endorse Anesti33’s review. Trailer:

I was browsing my local movie theater listings to see if there was anything worth going out for, other than Infidel and I found this film about “The Rosary Priest” Father Peyton. It seems to be a well-kept secret. It is not listed on decentfilms.com. Has anyone seen an advance review of it?
I love Fr. Peyton, I discovered him only a few years ago although I was well aware of “The Family that Prays Together, Stays Together” slogan from the 60s and early 70s. (it was so well-known that pop culture would parody it and Catholics would joke about it.) Apparently he drew huge crowds to his rosary rallies held all over the world. It would be awesome if he were beatified and canonized. I think he ended up being better known outside the US than he was at home. This looks like a great…
