Movie help anyone?

Trying to think of a good movie to get a guy for Christams.

Anything with cars/sports- definite ‘guy movies’ suggestions would be great. I am very much a ‘chick flick’ type person sooo…I don’t know what you males like.

Stuff like the waterboy/matrix/2fast2furious are kinda what I’m looking for.

Guys, and suggestions? Is Remember the Titans any good according to you guys out there? I liked it, but that doesn’t mean guys do…
 
Don’t get remeber the Titans, please. Get…well what is the guy like, humorus or one of those guy guys?

no, like guy-guy movies. He likes the ones I listed above (matrix/ 2fast2furious/waterboy). Sports or cars- or both, if a movie like that exsits LOL.
 
try Fantastic 4, X-men 2. tomb raider, some sort of action movie. he might like AVP (aliens v. prededors… i spelled that wrong…) OH! I-robot is a good one too. some food for thot! ive got a lot more up my sleeve if u want em!

How about Cenderalla man. I haven’t seen it myself but, the commericals look Good.
 
I, Robot is an excellent one. Only get** AVP** if he is a sci-fi fan. **Once Upon a Time in Mexico ** with *Johnny Depp * and *Antonio Banderas * is a very good one. (It is part of a series, but I haven’t seen the other ones.) **The Godfather ** series is a great classic, not to mention Braveheart.
I’ve always liked Crimson Tide ** with Gene Hackman and Denzil Washington. Speaking of Denzil Washington, **Man on Fire ** is another good one.

You should try asking at Blockbuster’s Movie Rentals for ideas. If anyone knows which movies to suggest, it’s them.

If he likes raceing, get Heart Like A Wheel, starring Bonnie Bedelia as Shirley Muldowney. It’s the story about how she got her start in the fuel car racing business.
I got it for DH and he loves it! I even liked it.

What are you talking about? Remember the Titans was a great movie.

Added: I have always loved the Indiana Jones movies. That might be a good idea.

Batman Begins is great movie, without a lot of the morally objectionable content present in some other “guy films.” The X-Men and Spiderman movies are also darned good. Is my love of comic books showing? On the Indie side, I actually really liked Hellboy, although it contained quite a few common misrepresentations of Catholicism. (These days, that’s true of most fictional movies dealing with the supernatural. At least this one had an uplifting message.)

My guy likes crime caper movies like the classic Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels, although I suppose many of those have rather objectionable content.

What’s that buddy cop series with Mel Gibson and the other guy? Those were both action movies and funny.
