Another decent, very good family film flying under the radar. I’m really hoping this snags a Best Animated Feature Oscar nomination - yes, it’s really that good - and a very Catholic-friendly message, too:

Has anyone else seen this? (NON-SPOILER) And what did you think of that ending? Best movie ending I have seen in a long time.

At first I was a bit concerned that La Muerte was in reference with Satna Muerte, but I realize if anything they just have a similar name of convince, but seriously it was indeed a great movie, and the Day of The Remembered to me is a great (and rather original) interpretation of heaven, seeing your family and loved ones again ect. And animation and voice acting was incredible, not surpassing since this was directed by the same guy who made those brilliant Hellboy movies!

(SPOILER ALERT!!!)

also its nice to see such forces above make peace with each other instead of making it a typical God vs Devil story (though Im sure La Muerte is a metaphor of God’s Love in a way)
