Muhammad : Prophet Or Terrorist ?

Yea…I don’t see a reason why anyone would really follow him other than that they were forced… or taught wrong… or just blind… it really is quite sad that blind people follow another blind guy and end up in a bloody mess…

1 John: 2:23 Everyone who denies the Son does not have the Father either.

Since Muslims and their scripture deny the Son, how is it possible for them to believe in the Father, the true God of Abraham? Who is telling the truth here about Muslims? John the Evangelist or the Catholic cathecism?

Jewish people also reject Christ, I assume then, you, and Angelos, think they don’t worship the same God???

My trouble-maker friend Angelos my former Muslim friend Angelos ! what do you expect the Church to say? that Muslims worship another God?

this gives the impression that there is more than One God. And since there is only One God, then whoever says he worships the only God, the Creator of this universe, means he’s talking about the God that Jews and Christians worship,(since there is One and only One entity who created everything) no matter what he “thinks” this God is. So Muslims do worship the only creator of this universe( since, i repeat, there is only one creator and Muslims profess to worshipping this Creator), no matter how wrong their ideas are. God is the same, it’s Muhammad who was fake. And yes Angelos no one denies what St. John said Muhammad had the spirit of the anti-Christ but it does not mean he didn’t claim to believe in the Creator of this world who is the same no matter how wrong you are about Him. Even satan believes in the Creator of this world… it is denying that Jesus is the Son of God that makes Muhammad an anti-Christ. Muhammad was an anti-Christ who believed in the one and same Creator of this world.

Since Muslims believe that they worship the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the CCC is right in saying that we are worshipping the one and the same God. Their understanding of this same God is flawed though and by not accepting Jesus as the Savior, they miss on the grace of salvation that entails by believing in the Son. The saving power of Jesus though is for all, both Jews and the gentiles. Good Muslims by reason of ignorance of the Savior but live life of holiness which does not contradict the commands of Jesus will find favor with God.

But following the teachings of Mohammad that contradict Jesus’ will lead Muslims to their own doom. Mohammad is not a prophet who is perhaps still seeking for the truth. But the truth is already revealed - Jesus is the truth, the way and the life. He’s the only way, the olny path!

There is so many contradictions about Mohammad, it’s hard to figure how we can gamble our lives for him. He preached against adultery, but himself committed it. He preached about peace, but himself killed.

Thus addressing the OP’s question, no, Mohammad is not a prophet. He is more of a cult leader, a mafia boss, if you may. If that qualifies him as a terrorist, so be it. If not, he is not too far away though.

Hi Jennifer,

I never assume that Jews reject the Father! Because my Lord came to His own, but His own people rejected Him. However, Jewish disbelief in Jesus will by no means make them the worshippers of a false god because they were the FIRST believers in the one true GOD of Abraham before God took flesh! As St Paul states, God’s promises are irrevocable:

Romans 11:28-29 In regard to the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but in regard to election they are dearly loved for the sake of the fathers. **For the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable. **

Can you tell me if Muslims received such a call and gift from their Allah?
