Read the quranic verse below!, how exactly someone would follow a “messenger” who does not know what will be done to him nor to his followers!.

Indeed Muhammed was right on that one, the revelation from that alien spirit in the cave which helped forming the Islamic dogma does not provide anyone with any assurance for paradise.

(Quran 46:9):
*قل ما كنت بدعا من الرسل وما أدري ما يفعل بي ولا بكم إن أتبع إلا ما يوحى إلي وما أنا إلا نذير مبين

  • “I am not something original among the messengers, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am not but a clear warner.”

Interesting verse indeed.

Indeed again. Islam is also an expansionist religion. this does not comfort. Yes?

I am no Islamic scholar, but you have thoroughly misrepresented the context of the passage.

At a minimum, you omitted the beginning of the verse that indicates that it is God commanding Mohammed to “Say…” this verse in response to specific objections from the people being preached to.

The context of the passage is a series of alleged instructions from God to Mohammed how to preach.
Sahih International:
Surat Al-'Aĥqāf (The Wind-Curved Sandhills) 46:8-9

Or do they say, “He has invented it?” Say, “If I have invented it, you will not possess for me [the power of protection] from Allah at all. He is most knowing of that in which you are involved. Sufficient is He as Witness between me and you, and He is the Forgiving the Merciful.”

Say, “I am not something original among the messengers, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am not but a clear warner.”
If the people Mohammed preaches to claim that Mohammed “invented” the religion, then God instructs him to tell them that nothing he preaching is not “original”, but rather the same testament preached by Moses and the ancient prophets.

God further instructs Mohammed to disclaim any knowledge of people’s ultimate fate, heaven or hell (“nor do I know what will be done with me or with you”), because he is but a messenger, and this knowledge is reserved to God alone.

I do not wish to preach Islam as truth, but merely present it its teachings in their clearest form. The truth of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior has been purposely obscured by too many people. Purposefully misrepresenting other religions in return is a grave disservice.

Seems The Prophet was espousing his understanding of “presumption” and the absolute sovereignty of God

God commanding Mohammed to “Say…”
You mean the alien angel…
God further instructs Mohammed to disclaim any knowledge of people’s ultimate fate, heaven or hell (“nor do I know what will be done with me or with you”), because he is but a messenger, and this knowledge is reserved to God alone.
Well, that does not sound logic for a claimed prophet who was teaching a dogma from GOD and does not know his or their fate, beside, I do not think such case has happened before with any prophets in the OT…

It’s hard to accept a prophet who does know the fate of the faith he is preaching…
