Thi is my first time posting since I couldn’t find the answer anywhere else. I am a Catholic with a question about martial sex. I know that according to the Chatechism, ejaculation has to be open to life, but what about sex with multiple male orgasms? Does every male orgasm have to occur inside his wife’s vagina, or can a husband finish inside his wife and then orgasm some other way (like oral sex)? Do all orgasms have to be open to the possibility of life or just one? Thank you in advance.

Yes. Ever time you orgasm, “finish”, or however else you want to describe it, it must be within the marital embrace. The function of a male’s orgasm, by natural design, is to ejaculate semen.
 
I understand that part but what if a husband orgasms inside his wife’s vagina, creating a chance for life, then has a second orgasm through oral sex (with his wife)? My question is whether or not this is a sin.

This wasn’t your question in your first post but I’ll answer it anyway. Yes, if you orgasm anywhere on your wife’s person other than inside her vagina, no matter if it’s your first or one hundredth, you have committed a sin.

I second this answer. And it is a grave sin at that.

Only through vaginal intercourse can a man finish, every single time.

With emphasis on the “intentional.” Don’t do anything that will lead to ejaculation purposely. If it happens without intent, it is not sinful. I am sure you can tell the difference.
