Has he/she been banned? I hope not. Deen was a spammer, not to be missed, but I found Munawar genuine.

The answer would be ‘no’. A short search in the members list would show this member still active.

More importantly,however,

Judgments by the Moderators can be discussed with the Moderators via private messaging but not on the board itself. Decisions of the Moderators may be appealed to the Super Moderators.

This would include the possible banning of a member if a search does not yeild the information you are looking for.
