Have any of you seen the “Rosary for Pope Benedict XVI” specials that have aired over the past week or so on EWTN? At the very end, the nuns (from Mother Angelica’s Poor Clares in Hanceville, Alabama) sing a few songs. The last one is especially beautiful. The chorus is “O Maria!” I’m trying to find out the exact name of this piece. Does anyone know?

Thanks!

I think you mean “Hail, Holy Queen” but am not sure.
Hail, Holy Queen enthroned above, O Maria
Hail, Mother of Mercy and of love, O Maria
etc.

Yes that’s it. I was immediately able to find it online too. Thanks!!!

One of the all time pre VII hymns! And they say Catholics can’t sing.
