History tells us that two years after teh death of Mohammed, the muslim conquests began. ie from 632 onwards.

Where these histories written immediately or years after such incidents took place?

Islamic conquests started at the days of Muhammed (i.e., before 632), he captured all Arabian Peninsula, then the Muslims continued on till they reached Spain, more information here:
