Can anyone point me to where the verse in the bible that talks about how people would say what is bad is good, and what is good is bad?

And maybe to a good bible search engine where I could have found it myself? 🙂

I’m not sure I understand the question. Here’s what E-Sword (free to download) turned up among it’s search results for all verses containing “good” and “evil”. (Douay) 101 verses contain both words.

Isa 5:20 Woe to you that call evil good, and good evil: that put darkness for light, and light for darkness: that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter.

I might have misunderstood the question, but that verse and its context seem to come close to an answer. Closing with this - the last verse in Scripture containing both words:

3Jo 1:11 Dearly beloved, follow not that which is evil: but that which is good. He that doth good is of God: he that doth evil hath not seen God.

Blessings.

Here’s a verse with a somewhat similar theme:
They will put you out of the synagogues; indeed, the hour is coming when whoever kills you will think he is offering service to God. (John 16:2)
