When is one,s name written in The Book of Life as referred to in Rev. 13 8. Is it at birth or when one repents of their sin and is converted to follow Jesus Christ?
One’s name is written into the Book of Life when one receives the “seal of eternal life” through the Sacrament of Baptism.**Catechism of the Catholic ChurchWhen is one,s name written in The Book of Life as referred to in Rev. 13 8. Matt16_18 said:1274 The Holy Spirit has marked us with the seal of the Lord (“Dominicus character”) “for the day of redemption.” “Baptism indeed is the seal of eternal life.” The faithful Christian who has “kept the seal” until the end, remaining faithful to the demands of his Baptism, will be able to depart this life “marked with the sign of faith,” with his baptismal faith, in expectation of the blessed vision of God - the consummation of faith - and in the hope of resurrection.
No, Satan and the fallen angels believe in Jesus. They’re not in Heaven.“BUT THE RIGHTEOUS man SHALL LIVE BY FAITH” ( Romans 1:17 )

YAQUBOS said:1. You are not saying no to me, but to God, for the verse in the quote is from God.
Psalm45:9 said:“And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.” (Luke 1:41-44)
The Bible clearly states that infants can accept Jesus as Lord and Savior. This is an example of Baptism by Desire. There are three different types of Baptism: Desire, Blood, and Water. Water is the most common one. However, many of the martyrs recieved the Baptism of Blood. St. John the Baptist and St. Elizabeth recieved the Baptism of Desire.
