Natural Law?

I am still having trouble with the concept of Natural Law. Does anyone know of any good writings on it? Can we know that there is such a thing as Natural Law apart from the bible? How do we know what falls into Natural Law? Thanks and God bless.
 
Try Written on the Heart: The Case for Natural Law by J. Budziszewski. Incidentally, Dr. Budziszewski converted to Catholicism (from Evangelical Protestantism) in 2004. He was on Catholic Answers yesterday.
