Hi all ! Happy evening to you . Does anyone know if there is an online version of the navarre bible commentary ? It is quite pricey and I would love to see if it is as wonderful as touted … thanks ! Awedbyhim
Its well worth it. I have the entire OT and NT. I thought it was expensive at first but then I realized this is my faith, the one thing that I should be worried about. Lets be honest, we travel, buy expensive things (tv’s, computers, ipod, iphones, etc), this is just another expensive, but has much more value. Also, you can buy them individually which is not much more than a regular book.
They are well worth it. I have just been getting them as I study new books. So, it doesn’t seem quite so bad if you spend $14 to $16 (for new copies) once a month or every other month until you have the whole set. Mind you, thatprice is for the NT books, the OT books are hardcover and about $40 at most places.
If you do decide to buy, shop around a bit. I just did a quick online scan and found that EWTN has the best price that I have seen for the 12 volume NT set: $165. Not bad.
