Iran has athletes candidates for Olympic gold, and excommunication of athletes from the Olympic Games will further harm the sport in this country.
Or am I wrong?
Yes, the athletes are people who are not devoid of conviction and dignity.
The national identity should never be associated with blind fanatism, fear, terror, or brutality.
In the modern world, the protests are a fundamental component of a just, peaceful, and democratic society, and if there are attempts to make the society democratic then it should be supported.
I think the Olympic committee should stand with Iranian people, sportsmen, wrestlers and their righteous cause: leading all of Iran to a better future.
It’s not safe to protest there but athletes have sacrificed years of grueling training to dream of an Olympic podium.
